That reverse path is uncommon in this market, and it’s what lets us catch design-stage errors before they travel downstream. A mistake caught on the drawing takes ten minutes to fix. The same mistake caught onboard, during installation, becomes ten hours of rework with a real impact on project cost and delivery time

What We Do
Our work starts with the system design philosophy, establishing the correct operating framework from day one. We then assess critical working scenarios and machinery requirements (max flow rate, pressure, temperature) to build a solid technical base. From there, we produce calculations and drawings in full compliance with the strictest applicable international rules and codes.
Day to day, this covers piping system development and pipe routing optimization, plant layout review, hydraulic calculations and piping stress analysis.
Methodology
- Document Analysis — Analyze all documents received from the client.
- Constraints & Client Requests — Analyze all constraints and client/project requests.
- Working Philosophy & Flow Diagrams — Define the piping system working philosophy, BFD and PFD.
- P&ID, ESD & Isometric Plan — Develop P&ID, ESD and the preliminary isometric plan.
- Piping Layout Details — Define the piping layout details.

A: Both. We develop marine systems and plant piping networks from zero, and we also review and optimize designs already in progress, including independent technical audits before a project proceeds.
Q: Which class rules and codes do you work with?
A: LR, ABS, RINA and DNV-GL, IMO-CODES and Circulars together with ASME B31.3 and other codes relevant to the specific project and jurisdiction.
Q: Can your engineers work inside our existing engineering environment?
A: Yes. Our senior engineers are embedded directly within the client’s engineering team, using the client’s working environment and providing continuous technical review for the duration of the engagement.
Q: What is the minimum engagement length?
A: For long-term, embedded engineering support, the minimum contractable time is 3 months. Project-based, in-house work is scoped and timed individually.
